We are a locally owned and operated restaurant group formed in 2005. Our first concept, CIRCA at Dupont opened in 2007. As of today our current concepts include CIRCA at Clarendon, CIRCA at Foggy Bottom, Open Road Merrifield, TRIO Grill, CIRCA at Navy Yard, Él Bebe, Open Road Rosslyn, SALT, CIRCA at The Boro, Él Bebe at The Boro, Open Road Reston, Open Road Distilling Co., and Heirloom.
