The restaurant group behind D.C.’s chain of Circa bistros designed El Bebe to be the type of place its emloyees wanted to grab a drink after work. El Bebe opened in February 2019 with a show-stopping collection of graffiti art from Miami and mezcal cocktails that smoke with dry ice.
